Now here's where I'm having trouble. I think the color is neat. A little bright but unique. Not anything I can't paint over, but I'm not willing to yet without trying to figure out how to make it work. It just doesn't go well with our tan walls. We have oak cabinets (yuck ~ no offense to anyone with oak cabinets, but ours are starting to look drab and dull), an olive green dining room right next to our kitchen, and I am stuck. I was up late last night pouring over paint chips for the whole kitchen. Funny how a little piece can get that process going. Any suggestions?
For the meantime, I'm enjoying the old rickety cabinet door, the boards on the inside that were slapped together who knows when and have been through who knows what. And to top it all off, my fun red dishes on top ~ an old nut grinder, fiesta, and a cherry plate from my grandma. You just can't beat old things.
I love it! You always find the best stuff. :)
